One thing | look for in a hotel is cleanliness, and the other is adherence to customer service. Economy Inn meets both of my requirements. They treat you like a guest, not just a quick buck pushing you out the door at 11 a.m. The Economy Inn is a great place to stay because it is quiet and very clean.
Not a half bad place at all rooms were great quiet and exactly what we needed, the free WiFi was great. Simple accommodations without all the extra stuff that isn't really needed Mini fridge, microwave coffeepot and a TV Beds were nice, a little on the firm side Everything was clean and obviously well cared for. Great stay would definitely room here again!
I absolutely love this place, very friendly staff, rooms are very clean, no bed bugs or roach problem. Pricing is affordable WiFi is excellent. Great movie selections. Business wise you have space to set up a laptop, do paperwork ect. If your handicap or in a wheelchair they have specific rooms with 2 peep holes tub is handicap accessible and there's a ramp outside to help people in wheelchairs easily get to their door. All around a great place to get away from everyday life. Or to work on peace.

A hidden gem in Springdale with a great location is the Economy Inn. When on vacation or business, the hotel is a great place to rest, it’s quite and very clean. I can't say enough how wonderful this place is, and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. We stayed in rooms 105 and 106, both of which had excellent beds, were smoke-free, and were extremely quiet. Anytime I visit the city, I intend to stay here. I appreciate the wonderful hospitality provided by Economy Inn.
Been here three times now, each time both workers, I assume owners, were very nice and I felt like I was staying with family. Despite being close to the busy road, it was exceptionally quiet! I slept great and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are very nice and clean for the price you can't beat it. I was and am, very pleased. Thank you both for making me safe and at home while I am here!
We came in late from a medical emergency that brought us to Fayetteville and needed rest from the long stressful day. Of course there was a convention in town that took up all the major hotels. Then we found Economy Inn. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and thankfully he had a room with two beds for 3 adults and two babies. The room was very clean and quiet. Not at all fancy but when you close your eyes they all look the same. I would recommend this place.
Basic rooms but all that you need and best of all they are CLEAN! The staff got out of bed at 3am after we went to concert and were more than accommodating. Best staff experience I've had at a budget friendly motel. WILL STAY AGAIN!
